The Maintenance Supervisor will be working in a fast paced, growth environment. The successful candidate will lead hourly technicians in all Rebuild, PM, and Maintenance activities in the plant. The Maintenance Supervisor will assure that all work is done in a safe and efficient manner with the overall goal being improved performance of the overall manufacturing operations. The Maintenance Supervisor is also responsible for the work of outside vendors and contractors working on-site. Experience with HVAC, ammonia refrigeration systems, pneumatics/hydraulics and packaging is preferred. Candidates should have at least 3-5 yrs. of Maintenance Supervision experience in a manufacturing environment.
A BS/AA degree in engineering or equivalent is preferred but not required.
