Will Lead and Oversee Women’s Health Clinic and Hospital Women and Family Units
  • Manages the Women’s Health Clinic with 1 Manager and 18 staff
  • Manages the Women and Family Unit including Obstetrics, NICU, Pediatrics and Swing beds with 1 Manager and 50 staff
  • 11 providers  
  • 12 LDRPs, 12 Pediatric beds, 12 Swing beds
  • 550 births per year

Requirements Include:
  • BS or BSN
  • Master’s preferred
  • RN License in Iowa or eligible
  • Supervisory experience in Clinic, LDRP, Neonatal and/or Pediatrics
  • Strong management, communication and financial skills
